My fiance and I were recommended to Nancy and Gehrig by some friends and we are so happy to have worked with them in finding our first home. Nancy and Gehrig took the time to get to know us and help find the perfect community. We decided to build our new home and their insight into which community to choose was invaluable. Nancy's knowledge of the area and the market and Gehrig's expertise in the construction process make them an extremely balanced team which put us at ease . With this being our first home, their support was extremely comforting as they provided insight and counsel every step of the way. My wife and I were relocating to Texas. We were referred to Gehrig and Nancy from a friend who had them as their realtors when they did the same. We had idea's on what we thought were the area's we wanted doing research on the internet using multiple websites from our former state. After a few conversations by phone about our wants and needs we flew out to Texas to investigate. We met Gehrig and Nancy where they spent 2 days driving us all around to see communities and homes.
